THATMMASHOP LLP deals with a wide network of international factories, brands and distributors. As such, shipping time differs for each product.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
A: The shipping time varies from one location to the other from one product to the other. Not every product ships out from the same warehouse, so you may receive many packages for an order containing many products. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. THATMMASHOP LLP will not be responsible for your destination country customs delays or charges, or for orders held by your local customs laws.
Generally shipping takes roughly the following time frame after processing, though do note that this time frame is just an estimation;

Singapore - 3 to 5 working days depending on Singapore Post's efficiency
Asia - 3 to 4 weeks +/-*
North America/Canada - 1 to 2 weeks +/- *
Europe/Rest of The World - 3 to 4 weeks +/- *
Asia - 2 to 3 weeks +/- *
North America/Canada - 3 to 4 weeks +/- *
Europe/Rest of The World - 5 to 6 weeks +/- *
Do note that this is highly dependent on the customs and importation process in your country. Please note during the holiday season that these time frames may be affected. Do also note that we do not have any control on customs delays, holidays or on shipping companies’ logistics management.
Q: I just made my order but there is no tracking?
A: Print on Demand products like our apparel requires a processing period of up to 5 working days after which the factory will prepare your order for shipping, thereafter the tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Other products which ships direct from our partnering factories, brands, distributors and retailers also requires a processing period of up to 5 working days after which your order will be shipped out and the tracking number will be sent to you via email.
As a general note; please allow a processing period of up to 5 working days.
Q: I got a tracking but it's not showing anything?
A: Most of the time, the registration of the tracking is done online, the reason why nothing is showing is due to the fact that the postal administration has either yet to collect the package or yet to update the system. Please try again after 3 working days.
Q: I ordered 2+ products, but only received one, where's my order?
A: When you order multiple products at a time, they may be shipped separately due to the fact that we have separate warehouses for our product range. Do not worry, your order will arrive.
